Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint/Stain Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint or stain to windows, trim, siding, and other materials in our warehouse before installation. You will ensure that all products are finished to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall appearance and durability of our installations. This position plays a crucial role in delivering products that meet both our company’s and customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint or stain to windows, trim, and siding in accordance with production schedules.
• Ensure consistent and even application of finishes, meeting company quality standards.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, or priming as needed before paint or stain application.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the finished product is free of blemishes, drips, and imperfections.
• Collaborate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Properly maintain painting/staining equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in painting or staining wood, trim, siding, or other surfaces (preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods while working.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
