Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telephone Sales

Representative (TSR) to join our dynamic remote call center team. The TSR will handle inbound and outbound calls, effectively communicate with customers, address their needs, and connect set leads to MAM’s clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent

communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer

service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities, leads, and appointments by

calling from the lead list provided by MAM.

  • Getting prospects to commit to scheduling an appointment and then transferring them by

phone to MAM’s Client’s Call Center.

  • Timely reporting to MAM of the opportunities, leads, and appointments generated via

communication channels (for example, Slack, Skype, and Email) used for real-time

communication.

  • Work during the time zone and working schedule set forth with MAM’s business hours.
  • Perform any other tasks that MAM and the TSR agreed upon in writing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a

plus.

  • Proven experience in telephone sales or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a persuasive personality.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

 

What We Offer:

  • Commission-based plan with no cap and incentives for results and performance.

Compensation: Base Pay $65 for every lead set (10/week = $650/Week)

Any more than 10/week would pay as follows:

11-15/week = Additional $30/lead (Potentially an extra $150/week)

16-20/week = Additional $40/lead (Potentially an extra $400/week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $650.00 per week
